Opening Doors for your life

Kendra is a 3rd generation native of the Denver Metro Area and has spent over 15 years selling residential real estate. She is recognized among her industry peers and clients as a long-standing Top Producer with high attention to detail, a strong ability for negotiation and a straightforward approach with both buyers and sellers.

Kendra started out her career in the highly competitive market of San Francisco, where she sold over 100 million dollars in real estate and became a founding broker at Climb Real Estate.  She was among San Francisco’s Top Producers as part of Vanguard Properties’ prestigious Top 21 Club (2008-2012) and she was part of the "Top Ten" at Climb Real Estate group in 2013 and 2014.

In 2015 Kendra moved back to her hometown of Denver to be closer to friends and family. Kendra has spent these last few years honing her knowledge of the Denver market so she is as shrewd a negotiator as ever. She has helped both buyers and sellers all over the Metro Area. Kendra can help you navigate the arduous process of buying or selling with empathy and strong advisement. She holds a unique position of having historical knowledge of the unique characteristic of each Denver neighborhood, but with the benefit of the eye of a relative newcomer, who stepped back into a very different Denver than the one she left in the 90s. This unique skill set is especially helpful for those transitioning from outside of the Denver Metro Area who want a deeper understanding of each areas roots. Kendra can also educate buyers on current trends and the investment potential of a certain property or area with a more robust knowledge of how Denver fits into overall national market trends.

Most recently, Kendra joined West and Main Homes, with offices in RiNo and Lakewood. West and Main is a woman owned brokerage with a recognition of how important technology, modern branding and online presence is for today’s real estate market. But beyond this, West and Main’s leadership is focused on a culture of community and this aligns with Kendra’s goals, both personally and professionally.

Kendra is committed to building community. She supports local entrepreneurs by hosting a regular local vendor pop up. She holds social events that promote community including a DCPA theater group, an event group focused around the love of live music, food and drink, and a "women without children" activity group. She is also involved with Junior League and is a board member with the Colorado Children’s Chorale (of which she is an alum).

Kendra resides in the Berkeley neighborhood in North Denver, where her dad grew up in the 50s.  She loves the revitalization of Tennyson Street and spends her limited free time exploring the local breweries, local art galleries, the dynamic food scene and the many historic live music venues of Denver. She is an avid pool player and lover of all things design. She gets outside and enjoys Denver's 330+ days of sun by hiking in the mountains, running around Sloan’s lake, and walking her dog in the numerous open spaces, parks, and paths in and around Denver.

Kendra has a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Arizona State University and a BA from DePauw University. Before making the move to real estate in 2005, Kendra worked as a journalist for a national technology magazine.

Let Kendra help you open the door to not only your dream home, but your dream Denver life!
